이 약관의 한국어 문안이 기준본입니다. 영어 문안은 이용 편의를 위한 번역본이며, 해석이 다른 경우 한국어 문안이 우선합니다.
제1조 목적과 적용 범위
이 약관은 데브코르(이하 “운영자”)가 제공하는 SheetCue 모바일 앱, 웹사이트, 고객지원 및 SheetCue Plus 구독(통칭하여 “서비스”)의 이용 조건과 운영자 및 이용자의 권리·의무를 정합니다. App Store 또는 Google Play의 결제·구독 관련 조건도 해당 범위에서 함께 적용됩니다.
제2조 서비스 설명
SheetCue는 이용자가 PDF 악보를 가져오고, 페이지 이미지와 마디 단위 크롭을 만들고, 재생 순서·BPM·박자 등의 프리셋을 구성해 연습할 수 있도록 돕는 로컬 우선 앱입니다.
현재 SheetCue는 계정, SheetCue 백엔드, 클라우드 동기화 또는 원격 악보 업로드를 제공하지 않습니다. 분석, 광고, 오류 진단 및 구독 확인을 위한 제한된 외부 네트워크 처리는 개인정보처리방침에 설명합니다.
제3조 로컬 파일과 이용자 책임
가져온 PDF 악보, 앱이 복사한 PDF, 렌더링 이미지, 마디 크롭 및 프리셋은 이용자의 기기에 저장됩니다.
이용자는 원본 악보와 중요한 프리셋을 별도로 백업하고, 기기 분실·고장·초기화·앱 삭제에 대비할 책임이 있습니다.
이용자가 프리셋을 SheetCue 파일로 내보내면 PDF와 프리셋 매핑 정보가 포함됩니다. 저장·공유 위치와 수신자는 운영체제 화면에서 이용자가 직접 선택합니다.
프리셋을 앱 목록에서 삭제해도 관련 PDF 사본·렌더링 이미지·마디 크롭이 즉시 모두 삭제되지는 않을 수 있습니다. 완전한 로컬 삭제에는 앱 제거와 외부 파일·백업의 별도 삭제가 필요할 수 있습니다.
앱 삭제, 운영체제 정리 또는 저장공간 손상으로 로컬 데이터가 삭제될 수 있습니다.
제4조 악보와 저작권
이용자는 악보를 가져오고, 변환하고, 재생하고, 내보내거나 공유하는 데 필요한 권리를 보유해야 합니다. 타인의 저작권, 실연자 권리, 출판권 또는 그 밖의 권리를 침해하는 방식으로 서비스를 이용해서는 안 됩니다. SheetCue는 이용자의 악보에 대한 소유권을 취득하지 않습니다.
제5조 금지행위
법령 또는 타인의 권리를 침해하는 행위
악성코드 배포, 서비스 방해, 보안 우회 또는 비정상적인 자동 접근
광고, 결제, 구독 확인 또는 이용 제한을 부정하게 회피하는 행위
관련 법령이 허용하는 범위를 넘어 앱을 복제·변조·역설계하거나 재배포하는 행위
운영자 또는 제3자를 사칭하거나 허위 정보를 제공하는 행위
제6조 무료 플랜과 SheetCue Plus
무료 플랜은 활성 프리셋을 최대 5개까지 저장할 수 있으며 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. SheetCue Plus의 plus 권한이 활성화되면 광고가 숨겨지고 무료 플랜의 활성 프리셋 5개 제한이 해제됩니다. 구독 종료 후에도 이용자가 만든 파일은 자동으로 삭제되지 않지만, 무료 플랜 한도를 초과한 상태에서는 새 프리셋 추가 등 일부 작업이 제한될 수 있습니다.
제7조 자동갱신 구독과 가격
SheetCue Plus는 월간 또는 연간 자동갱신 구독으로 제공됩니다.
실제 가격, 통화, 세금 포함 여부 및 결제 주기는 구매 직전 App Store 또는 Google Play가 표시하는 값이 기준입니다.
결제, 갱신 및 구독 관리는 이용자의 Apple 또는 Google 계정을 통해 해당 스토어가 처리합니다.
이용자가 갱신일 전에 스토어 계정 설정에서 구독을 해지하지 않으면 다음 기간의 결제가 이루어질 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하는 것만으로 구독이 해지되지는 않습니다.
제8조 해지와 구매 복원
구독 해지는 App Store 또는 Google Play의 구독 관리 화면에서 할 수 있습니다. 해지 후에도 이미 결제한 구독 기간이 끝날 때까지 혜택이 유지될 수 있습니다. 지원되는 플랫폼에서는 앱의 구매 복원 기능을 사용해 같은 스토어 계정의 유효한 구매를 다시 확인할 수 있습니다.
제9조 환불과 청약철회
이용자는 결제를 처리한 App Store 또는 Google Play의 구매 내역·고객지원 절차로 환불이나 청약철회를 요청할 수 있고, SheetCue에도 [email protected]으로 문의할 수 있습니다. 디지털 콘텐츠가 즉시 제공된 경우 청약철회 제한은 법정 사전 고지·동의 등 요건을 충족한 범위에서만 적용됩니다. 스토어 절차나 이 약관은 전자상거래 관련 법령상 청약철회·환급·연대책임 등 소비자의 권리를 배제하지 않습니다.
제10조 무료체험과 프로모션
무료체험, 할인 또는 프로모션은 구매 화면에 기간, 대상, 전환일, 전환 후 가격 및 해지 방법이 명확히 표시되는 경우에만 적용됩니다. 표시된 무료 기간이 끝나기 전에 해지하지 않으면 구매 화면에 고지된 유료 구독으로 전환될 수 있습니다. 현재 적용 여부와 구체적 조건은 구매 시점의 스토어 화면이 기준입니다.
제11조 무료 서비스의 유료화와 가격 변경
운영자가 기존 무료 기능을 유료로 전환하거나 구독 가격을 인상하는 경우 적용 법령과 스토어 정책에 따라 사전에 알립니다. 별도 동의가 필요한 변경은 동의를 받은 뒤 적용하며, 이용자는 변경에 동의하지 않을 경우 적용 전에 구독을 해지할 수 있습니다.
제12조 서비스 변경·중단
운영자는 보안, 법령, 스토어 정책, 기술적 제약 또는 서비스 개선을 위해 기능을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 이용자 권리에 중대한 영향을 주는 변경은 웹사이트, 앱 또는 스토어 업데이트 설명 등 합리적인 방법으로 사전 고지합니다. 긴급한 보안 대응이나 운영자가 통제하기 어려운 사유가 있는 경우 사후 고지할 수 있습니다.
제13조 책임 제한
운영자는 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 이용자의 기기·운영체제·스토어·외부 서비스, 이용자가 관리하는 파일, 권리 없는 악보 이용 또는 불가항력으로 발생한 손해에 대해 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 제한합니다. 이 조항은 소비자에게 법령상 보장되는 권리를 배제하지 않습니다.
약관을 변경하는 경우 시행일과 변경 사유를 웹사이트 또는 앱에서 알립니다. 이용자에게 불리한 중대한 변경은 적용 법령이 정하는 기간과 방법에 따라 사전에 알리고, 필요한 경우 동의를 받습니다.

The Korean version is the governing version. This English version is provided for convenience; if the versions differ, the Korean version controls.
1. Purpose and scope
These Terms govern the SheetCue mobile app, website, support, and SheetCue Plus subscription provided by DevQorh (the “Operator”). App Store or Google Play terms also apply to payment and subscription processing within their scope.
2. Service
SheetCue is a local-first app for importing PDF scores, rendering pages, creating measure crops, and building practice presets with playback order, BPM, and time-signature information. SheetCue currently provides no account, backend, cloud sync, or remote score upload.
3. Local files and your responsibilities
Imported and locally copied PDFs, rendered pages, measure crops, and presets are stored on your device.
You are responsible for backing up original scores and important presets and for protecting against device loss, reset, app deletion, or storage failure.
An exported SheetCue file contains the score PDF and preset mapping data. You choose its destination and recipients through the operating system.
Deleting a preset record does not currently guarantee immediate deletion of every related copied PDF, rendered page, or crop. Complete local deletion may require app removal and separate deletion of exports and backups.
4. Scores and copyright
You must have the rights necessary to import, transform, play, export, or share a score. You may not use the Service to infringe copyright, publication rights, performance rights, or other rights. SheetCue does not acquire ownership of your scores.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not violate law or third-party rights, distribute malware, disrupt or bypass security, fraudulently avoid advertising or payment controls, impersonate others, or copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app beyond what applicable law permits.
6. Free plan and SheetCue Plus
The free plan allows up to five active presets and may show ads. An active plus entitlement hides ads and removes the five-active-preset limit. Ending a subscription does not automatically delete local files, but actions may be limited while the free-plan limit is exceeded.
7. Auto-renewing subscriptions and price
SheetCue Plus is offered as monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. The price, currency, taxes, and billing period shown by the App Store or Google Play immediately before purchase control. The store processes payment and renewal through your Apple or Google account. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
8. Cancellation and restore
Cancel through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings before renewal. Benefits may continue until the paid period ends. Where supported, Restore Purchases checks valid purchases made with the same store account.
9. Refunds and withdrawal
Request a refund or withdrawal through the store that processed payment, or contact SheetCue at [email protected]. A limitation for immediately supplied digital content applies only when statutory notice, consent, and other requirements are met. Store procedures and these Terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liabilities under applicable law.
10. Trials and promotions
A trial, discount, or promotion applies only when the purchase screen clearly shows its duration, eligibility, conversion date, post-promotion price, and cancellation method. If it is not cancelled before the displayed deadline, it may convert to the paid subscription shown by the store. Availability is determined by the purchase screen at the time of purchase.
11. Charging for free features and price changes
If an existing free feature becomes paid or a subscription price increases, the Operator will provide advance notice as required by law and store policy. Changes requiring consent apply only after that consent; you may cancel before a change takes effect.
12. Changes and discontinuation
The Operator may change or discontinue features for security, legal, store-policy, technical, or service-improvement reasons. Material adverse changes will be announced in advance through a reasonable channel when practicable.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law and absent intent or gross negligence, the Operator limits liability for losses caused by your device, operating system, store, external services, files under your control, unauthorized score use, or force majeure. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith. Consumer mediation or the competent courts may be used where the dispute remains unresolved, without limiting mandatory consumer jurisdiction.
Changes will be announced with an effective date and reason on the website or in the app. Material adverse changes will receive advance notice and consent where required by law.
