문의할 때 앱 버전, 운영체제, 문제가 발생한 화면과 재현 순서를 함께 적어주시면 확인에 도움이 됩니다. 악보 PDF, 악보 제목, 로컬 파일 경로 또는 마디 크롭 이미지는 필요하지 않은 한 첨부하지 마세요.
앱에서 이메일을 열면 앱 버전·언어·플랫폼·운영체제 버전이 초안에 포함될 수 있습니다. 내용을 확인한 뒤 이용자가 보내기를 선택해야 전송됩니다. 문의 메일의 처리와 보존은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
결제와 구독
결제·갱신·환불은 App Store 또는 Google Play가 처리합니다. 구매 복원 문제가 있으면 같은 스토어 계정으로 로그인했는지 확인한 뒤 앱의 구매 복원을 사용해 주세요.
- 구독 확인과 해지: 앱의 Plus 버튼을 누르면 내 구독 화면에서 플랜, 상태와 다음 결제·갱신·종료일을 볼 수 있습니다. 같은 화면의 구독 관리에서 해지할 수 있고, App Store 또는 Google Play의 구독 관리 화면에서도 해지할 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하는 것만으로는 구독이 해지되지 않습니다.
- 무료체험: 무료체험 기간과 대상은 구매 화면에 표시된 스토어 조건을 따릅니다. 체험이 끝나기 전에 해지하지 않으면 표시된 유료 구독으로 전환될 수 있습니다. 이전에 체험을 사용한 계정에는 체험이 제공되지 않을 수 있습니다.
- 구독이 필요하다는 화면이 보일 때: 구독 필요가 적용되면 무료체험을 시작하거나 구독해야 앱을 이용할 수 있습니다. 이미 구독했다면 구매 복원을 눌러 주세요. 구독이 없어도 기기에 저장된 악보와 프리셋은 삭제되지 않습니다.
개인정보 문의
개인정보 열람, 정정·삭제, 처리정지, 동의 철회 또는 침해 관련 문의도 위 이메일로 접수합니다. 개인정보 보호책임자는 배광호(대표자)입니다.

Include the app version, operating system, affected screen, and reproduction steps. Do not attach score PDFs, score titles, local file paths, or measure crops unless they are specifically needed.
When the app opens an email draft, it may prefill the app version, locale, platform, and operating-system version. Nothing is sent until you review the draft and choose to send it. Support-email processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
Purchases and subscriptions
The App Store or Google Play processes payments, renewals, and refunds. For restore problems, confirm that you are signed in with the same store account, then use Restore Purchases in the app.
- Checking or canceling a subscription: tap Plus in the app to see your plan, status, and next charge, renewal, or end date on the My subscription screen. Cancel from Manage subscription on that screen or from the App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Free trial: the trial length and eligibility follow the store terms shown on the purchase screen. Unless canceled before the trial ends, it may convert to the paid subscription shown. Accounts that already used a trial may not be offered one.
- If the app asks for a subscription: when a subscription is required, start the free trial or subscribe to use the app. If you already subscribed, tap Restore Purchases. Scores and presets stored on the device are not deleted without a subscription.
